Change your mind? No problem! You have 45 minutes after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us prepare and ship orders efficiently.

Orders on their way: For orders already shipped or past the cancellation window, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover return and handling costs. However, you still have the option to return your Product (see below).
Returns & Replacements:
We’re here to help! If you encounter any issues after receiving your chair, simply contact our friendly support team via WhatsApp chat. They’ll work tirelessly to find the best solution, following these steps:
- Quick Fix: If a simple replacement part can fix the issue, we’ll send you one free of charge.
- Full Return/Replacement : If your entire Product is damaged, incorrect, or unusable, we’ll offer a full replacement or refund . We want you to be completely satisfied!
